Kindergarten Kick-Off & Orientation Reminder!

We are so excited to welcome our new families to Walls Elementary!

Kindergarten Kick-Off begins tomorrow from 9:00-11:30 AM. This is a mandatory, drop off event for kindergarten students. Breakfast will be provided!

Kindergarten Kick-Off gives our teachers an opportunity to get to know the children in a fun and creative environment while also helping students begin adjusting to a more structured classroom setting before the first day of school. 

Please do not bring any siblings to Kindergarten Kick-Off and Orientation if possible. 

Kindergarten Orientation
Please note an important change for this school year: Kindergarten Orientation is for parents/guardians only. Students and siblings should not attend. Students with the last name of A-M will meet with the Kindergarten teachers first from 9:00 to 10:30 and students with the last name N-Z will meet with the principal. The groups will then switch places.

With Kindergarten Kick-Off now giving our students a special opportunity to become familiar with the teachers, classrooms, and school environment, our parent/guardian orientation can be focused on sharing important information and giving families time to ask questions without distractions. 

We are looking forward to a wonderful start to the school year and can't wait to welcome our kindergarteners!
